Our 1:1 Personal Training plans include access to the Fitness Routine app and custom 50-minute in-person sessions that can be scheduled based on specific needs and goals.

Get push notifications, view your scheduled daily workouts, your booked sessions, and get progress updates to keep you on track.

Exercise Technique

Each exercise is demonstrated in-person to maximize results. In addition, you get access to HD video exercises right from our app.

Capture important moments in your journey with front, side and back snaps. Update your progress photos & measurement.

Nutrition Guidance

Nutrition plans with calorie and macronutrient breakdowns, supplement guidance& the ability to log your food.

Habit Tracker

We take a holistic approach by assing habits reminders to support lifestyle & behavioral changes that form healthier long-term habits.

Track & Log Workouts

Tracking & logging workouts on your phone or with your Apple Watch is easy in or out of the gym on days you're not with your trainer.

Results Tracker

Stay on track or course-correct your routine by viewing your overall progress through the results tracker.

Upon signing up you will receive our comprehensive fitness & nutrition questionnaires to help us understand your goals, history, unique needs, circumstances, preferences, and current fitness level, to identify your starting point & customize your program. We will book a 50-minute in-depth onboarding session to review your questionnaire, discuss the program, perform multiple assessments, go over expected results, and answer questions you may have.

Your Personal Trainer will examine over 100 data points based on the information provided and your unique biomechanics identified during your movement assessments. We create a 100% tailored training program that is designed for your goals, mobility, muscle imbalances, and current fitness level, ensuring your safety while seeing results.

Calorie Count

Nutrition Plan & guidance

Based on your nutrition questionnaire, we will provide a custom nutrition plan designed around your needs, preferences, and goals. Your meal plan will be built on proven principles with exact calorie and macronutrient breakdowns, shopping lists, supplement guidance, and the ability to log food via our app or by syncing your MyFitnessPal account. We recommend each client keep a food log so we can understand their dietary habits and make positive changes that are specific to how they eat.

You'll have access to your full program on any of your mobile devices where you can view HD videos and descriptions of each exercise, log workouts and see your exercise history, review your nutrition plan, chat with your trainer, ability to sync with multiple wearable third-party apps, and much more.

Support

Our system of accountability between trainer and client ensures you stay on track and achieve your goals. After the initial setup, you get all the tracking capabilities within our Fitness Routine app, unlimited messaging with your trainer, and weekly check-ins. Your Personal Training will recommend your specific training frequency, schedule your sessions for the month, and support your transformation every step of the way.

Coaching on your wrist. Sync and start your custom scheduled workout in just one click. See your info, use the built in timer, view your history, and easily replace workouts. Logging and tracking your workout with Apple Watch just got a whole lot better, easier, and smoother.

More than fitness

As part of building an overall healthier lifestyle, supporting behavioral changes that form long-term habits, and gaining a more holistic view of your progress, we set custom habit reminders such as water intake, sleep goals, intake of specific servicing of food, and meditation sessions to name a few. 

Modifications

You will receive a new training and nutrition plan each month - it's completely up to you if you want a new plan or stay with your current plan and have us modify other variables for you to continue to see changes (e.g. sets, reps, tempo, rest).

All that's left to do is for you to put in the hard work, stay consistent, and watch the results come in each month. You MUST be motivated to get the most out of your program. Even with the in-person service, you will need to be dedicated, disciplined, and focused all the other hours of the week. Anything less and you will be wasting your money and time.
