oUR mISSION

We firmly believe that anyone can achieve their goals no matter their experience, age, or circumstances if they follow a science-based plan, leverage proven tools that work, and accept guidance or support to improve accountability and efficiency. Drawing from our knowledge and decades of experience, we've come to recognize the importance of setting a new standard in the fitness and coaching industry by helping others overcome the misinformation marketed today, the noise from others or on social media, and the overwhelming amount of real challenges we face when trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or to improve our overall health. We started Fitness Routine to help solve these issues and help more people around the world feel empowered with the right information, feel confident and supported as they create their destiny, and ultimately feel good throughout their fitness journey.  

Meet the team

FOUNDER & Personal Trainer

Gabriel J. Lara

NASM CPT, NASM CES, NASM PES, CPT The Cooper Institute, TRX Certified, UFC Class Certification, and DotFIT Certified Coach.

For over 18 years, I worked as a fitness professional in the Texas market. I earned multiple credentials from The Cooper Institute (now ACE), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM CPT, CES, & PES), TRX, DotFIT, and UFC Gym.

 

I specialize in body fat reduction & weight loss, muscle and strength gains, bodybuilding, functional and core training, performance enhancement (sports training), and corrective exercise (post-rehab/ injury prevention).

At an early age, I played various sports and developed a passion for lifting weights and bodybuilding to improve my performance and add muscle mass. The 30 pounds of muscle I was able to add after 6 months of training and countless hours of research for my goals eventually turned into a desire to learn everything I could about various styles of training, their scientific rationale, and the benefits if applied correctly.

 

As I discovered how beneficial and powerful a well-structured training and nutrition program could be for any individual regardless of their body type or circumstances, it sparked my interest in pursuing it as a career path and a meaningful way to contribute to other people. At 18 I made it my purpose to support and help others achieve their unique health and fitness goals as a Personal Trainer. Since then I've had the privilege to serve many people and help a variety of clients achieve their fitness and health goals.

 

As a result of my experience in the fitness industry and my constant desire to help more people while making training available for all, I created Fitness Routine. As the Founder & Manager of Fitness Routine, I believe that we can help more people online and in person while providing a superior coaching service. We look forward to building your Fitness Routine and helping you achieve your goals.

O.J. Reyes

I have over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, hold multiple certifications, and specialize in weight loss, strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, RFT(Raw Functional Training), mass gain, sports performance (speed and agility), and flexibility/mobility. 

 

Fitness has not only improved my life, but it has transformed it. I didn't exactly make the best decisions growing up. I felt lost, and demotivated, I wasn't making healthy choices when it came to eating and exercising. It wasn't until I sought help, from a fitness coach, that the light bulb went off in my head. The feeling that the coach gave me was indescribable. The motivation, inspiration, and positive energy the coach provided, it was exactly what I needed to change directions. Having support and someone that believe in me, was exactly what made me fall in love with fitness and motivated me to be a part of the industry. Being able to share those exact moments with people is why I become a Personal Trainer & Coach.

With a decade of coaching and training experience, I have helped numerous clients reach and surpass their health and fitness goals. I am blessed to have witnessed firsthand the many success stories over the years. From sports performance to major weight loss, to muscle gain, just to name a few, I've had the honor of helping those in need.

Providing a plan, and helping clients execute that plan has always been the key to getting the results you want. I truly believe that if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. And my plan is to see you always succeed.  My passion for fitness isn't a lifestyle, it is my life.
