In-person one on one personal training maximizes your results by getting hands-on education from an expert while keeping you accountable, pushing you to new levels of intensity, and most importantly providing a plan that works for your level, but in our experience as fitness professionals, we have found that 1:1 Personal Training services are prohibitively expensive for most and/or at times not suited for everyone. Fitness Routine Plus programs solve this problem and give everyone access to multiple programs and workouts designed by personal trainers while providing accountability tools that are proven to work at a fraction of the cost.

Our Plus membership is much more cost-effective than getting each program separately, getting an online coach, or hiring a personal trainer for $90 - $150 per hour at the gym.     Working with Fitness Routine Plus can be a more efficient and affordable way to get results. When creating our programs, we considered a variety of individual variables to set specific protocols designed for the majority of people looking to burn fat and/or gain muscle, making you achieve results faster in the same way that you would get by hiring us as your online coach or Personal Trainer. In addition, you will have support from our team that is trained to answer questions you may have. The best part is that Fitness Routine Plus enables you to benefit from world-class expertise for a fraction of what it would cost to work with us in person or with any other personal trainer. 1. Onboarding - Upon signing up you will receive an email with login instructions and comprehensive fitness & nutrition onboarding videos. Our support staff is always available to discuss the program and answer questions you may have. 2. Multiple Workout Programs - You will have access to multiple training and nutrition programs that was designed for your goals and current fitness level. You will be able to train independently or with a friend from home, outdoors, or at your preferred gym. We will take the guesswork of getting you results. 3. Nutrition Plan - We will provide a nutritional plan with calorie and macronutrient breakdowns, sample meal plans, supplement guidance, and the ability to log food via our app or by syncing your MyFitnessPal account. Furthermore, the app provides daily workouts, full HD videos of each exercise with descriptions to maximize results, alternative exercise, workout logging + history, stopwatch timer, hardware integrations to third-party apps (e.g. Apple Health, Fitbit, etc.), progress and habit tracker to support lifestyle changes, nutrition and supplement guidance, and support from our team.
  • How long will it take to get my Fitness Routine Plus program after my purchase?
    You have access to your blueprint for success immediately after your purchase. Your plan will be uploaded directly into the app so you can take action and start seeing results. We prefer to get all clients motivated and fully engaged in their program as soon as possible!
  • How long until I see results from my Fitness Routine Plus program?
    This is a great question and the one every trainer and coach receives from new clients. It's our experience with trainers or fitness scams that promise results in ridiculous time frames, is often misleading, and have greatly altered reasonable expectations. In addition, this has created a culture of fitness failure and fostered a sense of hopelessness. We suggest most folks stay off the scale and not measure themselves by standards outside of their own unique physiology, genetic makeup, and current condition. We suggest you measure based on composition change, fat loss, muscle development, and strength increases. Results depend on several factors including genetic disposition, physiological adaptation to prescribed exercises, effort applied to each workout, consistency, proper caloric ratio and intake, nutritional quality, and variety. As a general example, if your goal is body fat loss, a male can safely lose approximately 1-2 lbs. per week and females 1.0-1.5 lbs. This means a healthy male may lose 4-8 pounds and a female may lose up to 4-6 pounds of pure body fat every 4 weeks. Notice we say, “body fat” and not “weight” because muscle is denser than fat making your total body weight increase while your waist size decreases.     No. We have no hidden fees or charges on our Fitness Routine + plans, Online Personal Training plans, or 1:1 Personal Training plans.

    FITNESS ROUTINE PLUS PLAN The Fitness Routine Plus is delivered as a digital product, therefore given the nature of these services and the majority of such services being delivered upfront, once your payment has been submitted, you are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund under any circumstances, NO EXCEPTIONS! We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law to do so on our Fitness Routine Plus Plans (Monthly Plus, Quarterly Plus, & Annul Plus). You can cancel auto-renewal online or by emailing fitnessroutineapp@gmail.com, in which case your subscription will end at the end of the current billing period.   • How long will it take to get my online personal training program after my purchase?
    Since every client program is custom and built using the information we gather from the questionnaires you complete, it can take a few days to have everything done and loaded in the app. Our goal is to have all new client programs built, loaded, and reviewed within 1-3 days from when a client completes and submits their forms. Sometimes, a new client has highly specific needs or conditions and that may take more time than that. We will communicate via email or text if this is the case. We prefer to get all clients motivated and fully engaged in their program as soon as possible!
  • How much does online personal training cost?
    Online personal training with Fitness Routine costs as little as $5-8/day, depending on the plan you choose. .
  • How will this program teach me to perform the exercises correctly if my trainer is not there with me?
    Correct form is essential and we built Fitness Routine with that in mind. We have put a lot of thought and work into how we enable trainers to build programs such that they are based on the individual experience, mobility, imbalances, neuromuscular control, and overall fitness level to deliver them via an app. Not everything is easy to learn via an app, videos, or even in person - however, our coaches can progress or regress movements and provide solutions to improve your mobility, control, and overall form as each month goes by. You’ll see step-by-step demo videos for each move - along with detailed descriptions and tips on form - for every workout you do in our app. Your trainer will also ask you to take videos of yourself and send them in for review for the more difficult exercises. If you have any questions, you can also start a chat with your trainer in the app and they will get back to you as soon as possible. In addition, we encourage you to use our alternative feature to replace anything you're not sure about while in a middle of a workout.
  • How will Fitness Routine online personal training help me with my nutrition?

  • Can't I just get the same results from finding a free program online?
    Online workouts have given so many people access to better fitness options, and if you’re consistent about doing the right ones for your level and goals, they can be very effective. But a one-size-fits-all program can not deliver the same results a custom program that’s designed specifically for you or provide the accountability that a fitness professional will. Working with a personal trainer or coach ensures that you’re doing workouts that are safe, workouts that will deliver the results you want, and provide support and accountability that only comes from working one-on-one with an expert. In addition, your fitness program also needs to be holistic - nutrition, sleep, and wellness all play a huge part in how you reach your goals - and a Certified Personal Trainer can help you address all the components you need in your plan to succeed.
  • Can I join if I have an injury?
    Depending on the type of injury and the stage of healing you are in, your trainer can create programs that limit or avoid stress to the affected site. We can also develop corrective exercise strategies to improve mobility, joint stabilization, connective tissue strength, and flexibility. However, no corrective exercise or post-rehabilitation program delivered by any Fitness Routine trainer is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease or mechanical malalignment. Within our scope of practice, we will work with you to fine-tune a progressive program that works to inhibit overactive musculature, stimulate underactive muscle structures, activate biomechanical efficiency, and integrate compound movements to enhance functionality.
  • What if I don't have or want a membership at a gym?
    No problem! One of the outstanding benefits of working with Fitness Routine is our adaptability to your available resources and lifestyle. We work with individuals that travel, have tight schedules, or simply do not want to or cannot get a gym membership to a fitness center. While gym memberships are extremely helpful in adding variety to your program, it is not necessary to see result. Each program is based on what you have available. For clients with home gyms, we will build the program with all your equipment in mind. We do encourage clients to make modest investments in resistance bands, dumbbells, or other apparatus that will add benefits to and accelerate reaching your potential.
  • Do you cater for home or outside workouts?
    Yes. All plans are individually tailored to your needs. If you prefer home workouts, your plan will reflect this.
  • How does the mobile app access work?
    It’s really simple, once you’ve purchased your plan, you’ll be sent a link with the relevant access information for you to log into your account and use the client mobile app. Enter your details and you will be ready to start your program.
  • What does a weekly check-in consist of?
    Every week you will send a check-in update with how your workout week went, the challenges you faced, updates on your new weight, and pictures. Your trainer will review this info, provide feedback, and adjust your plan as necessary.
  • If I am online personal training client, can I contact and ask questions at any time?"
    Yes. We strongly encourage client communication! One of the primary advantages of working with Fitness Routine online personal trainer is the ability to message them right from the mobile app anytime. We will answer questions about your plan, provide feedback, get your input, adjust your plan if needed, and keep you on track.
  • What if the program my trainer provided just isn't a good fit for me?
    We know how important it is to have a good workout experience and to get the program that you feel is right, so if you ever want to change your plan or change which trainer builds your program, just email fitnessroutineapp@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to find the perfect program for you.
  • Is there a risk-free trial period for Online Personal Training?
    We do not provide free trials on our Online PT Plans. If you are not happy or 100% satisfied with your service from fitnessroutineapp.com for whatever reason, simply cancel at any time and request a refund for any unused part of the Online Personal Training Service in line with the following terms: Online PT Monthly Plan - As the majority of our services have been delivered upfront, we do not provide refunds on this monthly plan. You get a training and nutrition plan to follow that's customized to your needs with full access to our Fitness Routine app and all our online coaching futures to assist when you are not meeting your trainer. In addition, our team will aid with continual motivation and accountability throughout a weekly check-in and 24/7 support!
  • What are the benefits of using 1:1 Personal Training?
    The benefit of one on one Personal Training starts with hands-on execution of each exercise, education related to your goal, accountability, increased training intensity, and motivation! Our in-person training offers custom programs and one on one coaching that is designed for your goals, no matter your fitness level or body type. We will give you the guidance and motivation to help you get the body you want faster by working with you in person.

In addition, you will have support from a professional to provide feedback, keep you accountable, and answer questions you may have. 1. Onboarding - Upon signing up you will receive our comprehensive fitness & nutrition questionnaires to help us understand your goals, history, unique needs, circumstances, preferences, and current fitness level, to identify your starting point & customize your program. We will book a 50-minute in-depth onboarding session to review your questionnaire, discuss the program, perform multiple assessments, go over expected results, and answer questions you may have. 2. Customized Program - Your Personal Trainer will examine over 100 data points based on the information provided and your unique biomechanics identified during your movement assessments. We create a 100% tailored training program that is designed for your goals, mobility, muscle imbalances, and current fitness level, ensuring your safety while seeing results. 3. Nutrition Plan & Guidance - Based on your nutrition questionnaire, we will provide a custom nutrition plan designed around your needs, preferences, and goals.   • Why should I get a Fitness Routine Personal trainer?
    The people who are most successful at reaching and maintaining their fitness goals have a plan and a coach or support team. The majority of us need direction, support, and accountability to reach our fitness goals. In-person one on one personal training maximizes your results by getting hands-on education from an expert while keeping you accountable, pushing you to new levels of intensity, and most importantly providing a plan that works for your level.
  • How much does a Personal Trainer cost?
    Personal Training with Fitness Routine ranges from $90 to $150 per session, depending on the plan you choose.
  • How will Fitness Routine 1:1 Personal Training help me with my nutrition?
    Based on your nutrition questionnaire, your trainer will provide a custom nutrition plan and guidance with exact calorie and macronutrient breakdowns for your goal, sample meal plans with shopping lists, supplement guidance, and the ability to log food via our app or by syncing your MyFitnessPal account. We recommend each client keep a food log at first so we can understand their dietary habits and make positive changes that are specific to how they eat.
  • How long will it take to get my program after my purchase?
    Since every client program is custom and built using the information we gather from the questionnaires you complete, it can take a few days to have everything done and loaded in the app. Our goal is to have all new client programs built, loaded, and reviewed within 1-3 days from when a client completes and submits their forms. Sometimes, a new client has highly specific needs or conditions and that may take more time than that. We will communicate via email or text if this is the case. We prefer to get all clients motivated and fully engaged in their program as soon as possible!
  • How long until I see results from my Personal Training program?
    This is a great question and the one every trainer and coach receives from new clients. It's our experience with "trainers" or fitness scams that promise results in ridiculous time frames, is misleading, and have greatly altered reasonable expectations. In addition, this has created a culture of fitness failure and fostered a sense of hopelessness. We suggest most folks stay off the scale and not measure themselves by standards outside of their own unique physiology, genetic makeup, and current condition. Your Personal Trainer will measure based on composition change, fat loss, muscle development, and strength increases. Results depend on several factors including genetic disposition, physiological adaptation to prescribed exercises, effort applied to each workout, consistency, proper caloric ratio and intake, nutritional quality, and variety. As a general example, if your goal is body fat loss, a male can safely lose approximately 1-2 lbs. per week and females 1.0-1.5 lbs. This means a healthy male may lose 4-8 pounds and a female may lose up to 4-6 pounds of pure body fat every 4 weeks. Notice we say, “body fat” and not “weight” because muscle is denser than fat making your total body weight increase while your waist size decreases.   • Can't I just get the same results from finding a free program online?
    Online workouts have given so many people access to better fitness options, and if you’re consistent about doing the right ones for your level and goals, they can be very effective. But a one-size-fits-all program can not deliver the same results a custom program that’s designed specifically for you or provide the accountability that a fitness professional will. Working with a personal trainer or coach ensures that you’re doing workouts that are safe, performing the exercises correctly while increasing the intensity that will actually deliver the results you want, and providing support and accountability that only comes from working one-on-one with a professional. In addition, your fitness program also needs to be holistic - nutrition, sleep, and wellness all play a huge part in how you reach your goals - and a Certified Personal Trainer can help you address all the components you need in your plan to succeed.
  • Can I hire a Personal Trainer if I have an injury?
    Depending on the type of injury and the stage of healing you are in, your trainer can create programs that limit or avoid stress to the affected site. We can also develop corrective exercise strategies to improve mobility, joint stabilization, connective tissue strength, and flexibility. However, no corrective exercise or post-rehabilitation program delivered by any Fitness Routine coach is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease or mechanical malalignment. Within our scope of practice, we will work with you to fine-tune a progressive program that works to inhibit overactive musculature, stimulate underactive muscle structures, activate biomechanical efficiency, and integrate compound movements to enhance functionality.
  • What if I don't have or want a membership at a gym?
    No problem! One of the outstanding benefits of working with Fitness Routine is our adaptability to your available resources and lifestyle. We work with individuals that travel, have tight schedules, or simply do not want to or cannot get a gym membership to a fitness center. While gym memberships are extremely helpful in adding variety to your program while getting the benefits of working in person with one of our professionals, it is not necessary to see a fitness result. In these cases, we recommend clients choose our online personal training program instead. For clients with home gyms or if they prefer to work out outside, we will build the program with the equipment you have available or none at all. We do encourage clients to make modest investments in resistance bands, stability balls, dumbbells, or other apparatus that will add benefits to and accelerate reaching your potential but this is optional.
  • How does the mobile app access work?
    It’s really simple, once you’ve purchased your chosen package, you’ll be sent a link with the relevant access information for you to log into your account and use the client mobile app. Enter your details and you will be ready to start your program.
  • What does a weekly check-in consist of?
    Every week you will send a check-in update with how your workout week went, the challenges you faced, updates on your new weight, and pictures. Your trainer will personally review this info, provide feedback, and will adjust your plan as necessary.
  • If I am a Personal Training client, can I contact my trainer and ask questions at any time?
    Yes. We strongly encourage client communication! One of the primary advantages of working with Fitness Routine Personal Training is the ability to instant message your Personal Trainer right from the mobile app anytime. We will answer questions about your plan as soon as we can, provide feedback, get your input, get your trainer to adjust your plan if needed, and keep you on track.
  • What if the program my Personal Trainer provided just isn't a good fit for me?
    We know how important it is to have a good workout experience and to get the program that you feel is right, so if you ever want to change your plan or change which trainer you are working with, just email fitnessroutineapp@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to find the best solution for you.
  • Will my Personal Training Sessions Expire?
    Sessions typicall expire one year from the date of purchase. If you purchase any of our 1-1 Personal Training plans or purchase any additional personal training sessions, you can schedule them each week, as recommended, or as desired. If you decide to cancel your plan, any outstanding personal training session must be completed before the last day you have access as a paying client.   • Is there a complimentary or trial session with the 1:1 Personal Training service?
    As a potential new client, you are entitled to a complimentary trial session or one (1) 1:1 PT Intro Session to meet and work with a Personal Trainer, ensuring a risk-free experience. Purchasing a Personal Training plan before utilizing the 1:1 PT Intro session exempts clients from charges for their 50-minute Onboarding Session. 1:1 PT Intro Session Service Description: In this 50-minute session, you will experience what it's like to work out with a Fitness Routine Personal Trainer and establish if we are a good fit to work together. Expect a quick consultation to review your goals and history prior an interactive and motivating workout that consists of a warm-up, resistance training, conditioning (optional), and a cool down or recovery strategies. Lastly, you and your trainer will discuss a plan of action and best path forward to achieve your goal. There is no pressure or obligation to enroll by inquiring (Intro or trial sessions are not valid for current or past clients). 1:1 PT Onboarding Session Service Description: In this 50-minute session we will review your questionnaires, conduct several assessments, examine your nutritional habits, go over the expected results, create a plan of action, discuss the program, and answer any questions you may have as a new client.
  • Is there a money-back guarantee?
    All refunds are discretionary as determined by us. If we determine that you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the program without providing a refund. Should you have any account questions you can email fitnessroutineapp@gmail.com at any time. ​ 1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING PLANS ​ With all our 1:1 Personal Training Plans, the Client has a 3 business-day cancelation period from the date of purchase. Within the 3 business-day cancellation period any additional 1:1 personal training session(s) purchased and completed between Client and Company will be paid to Fitness Routine and non-refundable. Within the 3 business-day cancellation period, any outstanding personal training session(s) will be reimbursed to the Client at the current session rate of the plan that was purchased. If you purchase any 1:1 Personal Training Plans and request a refund after 3 business days from the date of purchase, regardless if you participate or choose not to continue, you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind. We will not provide a refund and all sales will be final after 3 business days from the date of purchase. Refunds will not be processed if the service is not being used after 3 business days from the date of purchase refund terms described herein. ​ You can cancel your 1:1 Personal Training auto-renewal online or by emailing fitnessroutineapp@gmail.com, in which case your subscription will end at the end of the current billing period.     Yes. This feature is set up for all our 1:1 Personal Training Plans. If you wish to cancel a plan, this can be done at anytime online or by emailing our team at fitnessroutineapp@gmail.com.
  • Can I change my Fitness Routine 1:1 Personal Training plan type?
    Yes. You may change the level of your Fitness Routine 1:1 Personal Training Plan. Simply message support through the Fitness Routine website or email us.
  • Are there any hidden fees?
    No. We have no hidden fees or charges on our Fitness Routine + plans, Online Personal Training plans, or 1:1 Personal Training plans.
